We don’t accept any returns at this moment.
If an order has been placed accidentally, please email us immediately to request a refund before it ships and avoid a 10% restocking fee.

Packaging & Transit
All orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with layers of foam cushioning to protect the bottles. While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely, we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. If you purchased insurance and your shipment arrived damaged, you may file a claim using the link below.
Tip: Photograph the unopened box, packing materials, and bottle damage. Keep all materials until your claim is resolved.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Before shipment: We’ll try to accommodate address or item changes when possible.
- After shipment: Orders in transit cannot be rerouted or recalled.
- Age verification: Adult signature (21+) may be required on delivery, per state law.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
