Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to fulfill orders quickly. Typical orders ship in 2–4 business days.
Please allow 8–10 days for delivery depending on carrier and destination.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method. Enter your ZIP code in checkout to see estimates.
Yes. In-store pickup is usually ready within 1–7 business days.
Local delivery is available within our service area and may require an adult signature (21+).
We offer same-day shipping on eligible orders. Cut-off is 2:00 PM PST. Availability varies by product and destination.

We’ll do our best if the order hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.
We currently do not accept returns. If an order was placed by mistake, email us immediately to request a refund before it ships, or a 10% restocking fee may apply.
